Product : CEMENT Back To top

Portland Cement - ORDINARY GREY PORTLAND CEMENT 42.5 R - BS 12/1996 OR DIN EN 197-1:2000 OR ASTM C-15 Portland cement (often referred to as OPC, from Ordinary Portland Cement) is the most common type of cement in general use around the world because it is a basic ingredient of concrete, mortar, stucco and most non-specialty grout. It is a fine powder produced by grinding Portland cement clinker (more than 90%), a limited amount of calcium sulfate (which controls the set time) and up to 5% minor constituents as allowed by various standards There are two types of gray Portland cement: TS EN 197-1-CEM I with 42.5R and 52.5N standards. The strength of these types depends on the high amount of C3S in the cement.

These are the most popular cement types, especially in the high strength concrete class and in the construction of tall buildings. It is popular in pre-stretched prefabricated applications in particular, tunnel mould systems and in the construction of mass housing.

Product : FLY ASH Back To top

STALLION ENERGY’S Fly ash usually refers to ash produced during combustion of coal. Fly ash is generally captured by electrostatic or other particle filtration equipment before the flue gases reach the chimneys of coal-fired power plants.

There are two types of fly ash available in the market Class F and Class C. We are one of the leading manufacturers and supplier of High quality fly ash Class F. This fly ash is pozzolanic in nature, and contains less than 20% lime (CaO). Possessing pozzolanic properties, the glassy silica and alumina of Class F fly ash requires a cementing agent, such as Portland cement, quicklime, or hydrated lime, with the presence of water in order to react and produce cementitious compounds.

Now a day’s Fly ash is widely used in the Concrete production / ready mix concrete, as a substitute material for Portland cement and sand. It also can be used in manufacturing of bricks pavements, Portland Pozzolana cement, AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks) etc. To cater local demands, fly ash generally transported in bulkers, For exports we supply fly ash packed in 1.4 M.T inner liner jumbo bags. 30 kg HDPE bag, packing can be made possible for specific demand.

Product : GGBFS Back To top

Ground-granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS or GGBFS) is obtained by quenching molten iron slag (a by-product of iron and steel-making) from a blast furnace in water or steam, to produce a glassy, granular product that is then dried and ground into a fine powder. It is suitable for applications in marine environment, mass concreting and sulphate environment, water retaining structures, basement and other structures which require low heat of hydration.

GGBFS is off-white in colour and substantially lighter than Portland cement. The whitish colour is also observed in concrete made with GGBS, especially at addition of 50% and above. The more pleasing appearance of GGBFS concrete can help soften the visual impact of large structure such as bridges, retaining walls, etc.
